Refund Policy

Zaccysfitness is committed to quality and fairness. This Refund Policy sets out how refunds, credits, and cancellations are handled.

1. Session Cancellations

  • More than 24 hours’ notice: you can reschedule or request a refund.

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice: full fee may be charged, no refund.

  • If Zaccyfitness cancels a session, you are entitled to a full refund or credit.

2. Packaged Sessions / Programs

  • Unused sessions in prepaid packs may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, minus any attended sessions charged at their casual rate.

  • Beyond 14 days, refunds are generally not offered, but a credit may be applied in extenuating circumstances.

3. Telehealth Refunds

  • Telehealth session fees are non-refundable once delivered unless there is a failure of service on our end (e.g., technical issues preventing program delivery).

4. Illness & COVID-19

  • If you are unwell or test positive for a communicable illness, please reschedule — no cancellation fee will apply if you give reasonable notice.

  • Refunds are not generally given for last-minute cancellations due to illness unless supported by a medical certificate.

5. Consumer Guarantees
Our policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a service is not delivered with due care and skill, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement, or other remedy under consumer law.
